AusNet Services is an Australian infrastructure business that provides safe and reliable energy to Victorian residents. We were approached by AusNet to assist in the creation of two medium detail illustrations to be used as assets within their organisation. When illustrating for this client, it was important that the final result was in line with their brand and style. We began by creating a treatment, of which set the style and direction for elements such as the colour palette, lettering and illustrative style.

The first illustration was centred around their Network Management Purpose which is to shape the best energy networks for communities that they operate in. The landscape at the bottom of the piece reveals the connectivity of different parts of their network - from the power plant to the power lines and residential destinations. 

The second piece communicated the Network Management Strategic Objectives in a more infographic style of illustration. It sets out their future strategic objectives in a way that is easy for the intended audience to understand and engage with.

The final illustrations were well received by the client and will be a valuable asset to their organisation for years to come.
